Research Interest:
Drug Discovery
1.Search for disease target from enzyme and build assay SOP of these enzyme, mainly by knowledge about molecular biology, protein purification, enzyme kinetics and inhibition;
2.Through high throughput screening(HTS) of these enzyme,we got some some samples which could be significant to the enzyme.
3.Study the functional mechanism of the hitted pure compounds on enzymes.
4.Research and optimize the structure of some pure lead compounds with chemists once and again,mainly by knowledge about medicinal chemistry and organic chemistry, thus get our drug candidates.
Antibody Preparation
Establish an integrated protocol of antibody preparation. For example animal Immunization and antibody purification.
